All orders are shipped from Montreal, Canada. Please note that the payment of duties and taxes on products imported to a country outside of Canada is the responsibility of the customer.

Note that due to the current situation, there may be a slowdown in deliveries.

EXCHANGES

We do not exchange physical musical products (CDs, LPs). However, in the event that a product is damaged or defective, we will replace it or, if we cannot replace it, we will provide a refund. You can send an email to bibiclubboutique@secretcityrecords.com with your order number and a description of the problem.

There are no exchanges for digital products, all sales are final.
